With over five years of experience in customer service, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. Proficient in various technical systems, I excel in problem-solving, de-escalation techniques, leadership, and team coaching. My adaptability to changing circumstances enables me to swiftly identify opportunities for optimal outcomes in customer interactions.
Originally hailing from Tucson, Arizona, I resided there from infancy until the 10th grade when I relocated to the Cary area in North Carolina. Subsequently, I pursued my higher education at Johnson C. Smith University, majoring in Community Health with a minor in Hospitality. It was during this time that my fascination with personality psychology and the art of reading a room sparked my passion for exemplary customer service. Before joining EPIC, I served as a front desk professional at Charlotte’s busiest hospital, Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center.
Beyond the professional sphere, I am an avid traveler, having explored over 20 of the 50 states. Additionally, I am deeply passionate about cinema and prefer the immersive experience of watching movies in theaters over streaming platforms. My time at EPIC has been incredibly fulfilling as I thrive in environments that prioritize continuous learning and skill development. In my previous role, I cherished exposure to diverse projects and valued mentorship from seasoned colleagues, an experience that contributed significantly to both my professional and personal growth.I’m excited about my future here at EPIC!
