Hello, I’m Arrianna aka Arri! I am from Bel Air Maryland and moved to Raleigh North Carolina for school. I just recently graduated from Meredith College, with the class of 2024. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Exercise Sport and Sciences. I also played lacrosse at Meredith all four years and finished my senior year as a captain of the team. Due to playing this sport I experienced two big injuries which led me to EPIC. I have been rehabbing at EPIC for the past two years and I know what it is like to go through the mental and physical part of rehabbing a body part. My goal at EPIC is to be a positive light to people as they go through rehab, since I can relate. I want to make a positive impact on someone whether that may be helping them physically or mentally. I love watching people improve on their goals. Some facts about me are that I am a coach at F45, I love to exercise, and I like to crochet. My life motto is to exercise for your own personal health not just to do it, many people struggle with this concept, and I find it important to choose exercise as a lifestyle choice and not just something to check off your daily list!
